ECI’s Quality Management System exists to improve our overall service and experience to the customer. In 2014, ECI implemented the ISO 9001 quality standard as a means of increasing our focus on customer satisfaction. 

In 2015, ECI became an ISO 9001:2008 registered company. 

ECI recently initiated the recertification audit process to ensure we are meeting all current quality standards. ECI is now an ISO 9001:2015 registered company.

The ISO 9001:2015 standard promotes efficiency and consistency by documenting procedures and applying problem solving tactics to customer concerns. A successful quality system involves all employees and we will continue to train and educate personnel on the requirements and applications of the standard. Our goal is to self-improve by encouraging employees to identify opportunities for improvement and then develop solutions.
