ECI’s Quality Management System exists to improve our overall service and experience to the customer. In 2014, ECI implemented the ISO 9001 quality standard as a means of increasing our focus on customer satisfaction.
In 2015, ECI passed the SAI certification audit and became an ISO 9001:2008 registered company.
The ISO 9001:2008 standard promotes efficiency and consistency by documenting procedures and applying problem solving tactics to customer concerns. A successful quality system involves all employees and we will continue to train and educate personnel on the requirements and applications of the standard. Our goal is to self-improve by encouraging employees to identify opportunities for improvement and then develop solutions.
Utilizing the ISO 9001:2008 standard and the expertise of our employees, we are able to promote our quality policy culture and provide superior service to our customers.
