ECI, the leading regional provider of process control and automation solutions, is opening a new service center in Lima, Ohio. The new facility will specialize in total valve repair ranging from control valves to isolation valves as well as safety relief testing and repair, and instrumentation.
“Industrial facilities throughout the area rely on valves and instrumentation for safe and efficient operations,” explained Dan Smith, ECI President & CEO. “When repairs are required, the availability of local technicians can significantly impact a plant or refinery’s production. Through our new Lima Service Center, we can respond quickly to service calls and help our customers maintain production schedules and safe work environments.”
ECI is hiring technicians locally which will enable a fast response to customers’ needs.

The new ECI service center is located at 1730 South Dixie Highway, in Lima, Ohio. The building has been renovated and outfitted with the tools and equipment needed for instrumentation, control and isolation valve, and pressure and safety relief valve testing and repair.
ECI invites customers and the local business community to meet the Lima team and tour the new facility during a grand opening celebration on November, 15, 2018.
This is ECI’s second new location to open in 2018. ECI opened a new Service Center in August in Salem, West Virginia.
