At ECI, we believe the best engineers are given opportunities to explore, learn and grow. Our Rotational Engineer program helps new graduates and early-career engineers gain exposure to multiple engineering disciplines and business functions before transitioning into a permanent role that aligns with their strengths, interests and career goals.

Program Overview

Program Overview

Designed for entry-level engineers and recent graduates, ECI's Rotational Engineer program provides hands-on experience across a variety of engineering and technical roles during the first 12 to 18 months of employment. Participants rotate through multiple disciplines, gaining exposure to different business units, projects, technologies and customer applications.

Throughout the program, engineers work directly with experienced professionals who provide mentorship, training and real-world project experience. At the conclusion of the rotation, participants are placed into a full-time role where they can thrive and continue building their careers.
